Terms
- Opting in. You can opt in by texting FSB Insurance, by providing your mobile number and consent on one of our forms (including an online form or electronic opt-in box), or by giving written consent to an FSB Insurance staff member. By opting in, you provide your prior express written consent to receive both informational and marketing text messages from FSB Insurance, and its affiliates and service providers, at the mobile number you provide, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your signup, and we will keep a record of your consent, including its date, time, and method. By opting in, you can expect to receive customer service, policy, billing, claim, appointment, and marketing messages from FSB Insurance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and may be up to several messages per month, depending on your activity. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.
- Opting out. You can cancel this service at any time. Just reply “STOP” or “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “REVOKE,” or “OPT OUT” to any message from us to opt out. You may also revoke your consent by any other reasonable method, including by calling or emailing us using the contact information below. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, or reply “START“, and we will start sending messages to you again.
- If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just reply “HELP” to any message from us. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You may also call us at 618-253-7165.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Consent is not required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from FSB Insurance.
- Protecting your information. Text messaging is not a fully secure method of communication. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, passwords, or medical information by text. If we need sensitive information, we will provide a secure way to send it.
- Not for emergencies or coverage changes. Do not use text messaging to report an emergency. Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or canceled by text message unless an FSB Insurance agent confirms the change in writing. To report a claim, call 618-253-7165 or use our online claim form.
- For all questions about the services provided through our text messaging program, you can send an email to [email protected] or call us at 618-253-7165.
- Information collected through the Program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.myfsbinsurance.com. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Governing law. These SMS Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our SMS Privacy Policy.
